Hello! This is going to be a thread with stories of my flock and my chicks! Expect cute, silly, and wholesome updates of my flock!

Join me as my flock grows and I start dabbling in breeding flocks for pure bred poultry! Also join me in my journey to starting a business in breeding and selling poultry like chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, etc.

Feel free to share pictures and stories of your flock here as well! I am always open to seeing chickens and their silly antics!

I hope you will join me and come to enjoy watching my flock grow as more variety comes to my backyard!

As I start this thread, my flock includes:

-2 Buckeyes (1 Roo, 1 Hen)

-1 Speckled Sussex Hen

-3 Silver Laced Wyandotte Hens

-3 Black Copper Maran Hens

-12 of their chicks SR (8 weeks old)

-4 Buff Orpingtons 8 weeks (2 Roos, 2 Hens) I will get more pics of them.

-2 Golden Sexlink Pullets

-2 Lavender Wyandotte Pullet Chicks

-2 White Sport Legbar Pullet Chicks

That is it so far! I did not include the chicks I have in the brooder that I intend to sell!

The chickens enjoyed some plants today, it seems to be the best bonding exercise for the new chicks with our older chickens.

Caeser wanted to say hello to everyone!

My two Buff cockerels are named Caeser and Blue Eyes from Planet of the Apes!

Hops and a Lavender Wyandotte chick guarding the run door. He is such a good father! (She isn't his biological daughter, but she is adopted. I got her and her sister from TSC for my mama hen to raise.)
