Goose bulge on face

I can't answer since I am not that familiar with African/Chinese to know what is normal and not.

Hiya,
Our gander has had this bulge on his face for months now, he seems otherwise healthy but it doesn't seem to be going away, and as there's no goose-vet around here I was hoping to get some insight here in what might be the cause/possible solutions. It did seem to get smaller at one point but started growing again a few weeks later. It feels very soft to the touch and we weren't able to find any injury marks/items lodged in his mouth.

Appreciate any help

I'm curious if you ever got a solution. I think I'm dealing with the same thing.
