Goose first aid questions

My goose injured her foot/leg today It is swollen and the skin is abraded and she won't put any weight on it. When I say abraded I mean the cartilage is visible at the joint.

I soaked it in salt water, poured betadine on it and put some antiseptic ointment on it. She is in the house under observation and care.

Does anyone have experience with this and suggestions about how to help her and relieve her pain?

Does it look like it should have stitches? Might need to put on a bandage.

Can you post a pic? sounds like you have done what you should as far as cleaning and treating. Not sure she may need an antibiotic do you know how she did this?
