goose noise level.

I have 10 chickens. If I were to buy a goose, and put it in with my chickens A- would the chickens mess with it, and B-how loud would 1 goose be?

Geese can be loud depending on the breed. If you raised them all together they would "play nice" but now it is a crap shoot. Get one of the more docile breeds and try it ..You could always build the goose its own house and yard if things don't work out LOL Good Luck

Please don't keep a lone goose.
If you don't want babies get 2 females.
Geese are very intelligent and clannish
and like being with their own kind.
All geese are loud at times.
Some breeds like Africans and Chinese are louder.
I don't don't think its a good idea to keep chickens and geese together. Geese can bully chickens and ducks
and they are very wet, messy and poop alot.
