GQF Incubator Question Model 1202E

Hey everyone! I got a quick question and was curious if anyone can answer. I just invested in a new incubator model 1202E sportsman by GQF. The manual turner is working but when I switch it over to automatic it won't turn. We have waited the full 2 hours. I'm curious if this model you have to remove the hatching tray in order for it to turn. It will turn when the hatching tray is in with the manual setting. Thank you everyone for reading!

I’d contact GQF and ask them. I’m not familiar with that model, it’s totally different from my 1588. You can find their email address here, which is how I’ve had to contact them.

I have the same incubator. It turns with or without the hatching trays.

Unplug it, start it back up, and try again. Make sure when you press the "A" button, the green light above it is lit.

If it doesn't turn, call GQF.
