You did see that part about it needing TLC...   old houses are so neat, but living in them can be tough...   and a lot of work.   TLC is code for a boatload of work. 

roof , It is a pretty house though .

and looked like either dry rot or termites  on some of the foundation boards   BUT  your right way cool house   other then scary kitchen.

Kitchen is one of my fave parts. THAT FARM SINK.

I did, I cant find my gloves. I have a whole box of the disposables. Made CB change clothes and scrub up 3xs today.
