Granny's gone and done it again

I know when I used to get in a deep depressive state, I could not think of a single thing to be grateful for. Your brain just goes into this deep dark place that it's almost impossible to get out of. I thank God for pharmaceuticals, they saved my life. I'm stable and functioning today because of them.
 
One thing I do is recite everything I am grateful for. If you journal write down your gratitude list. I also will recite it when I walk. I also follow a chiropracte4 that does an affirmation video and exercise type thing for your brain. If you are on FB I can link you to it.
I agree. Writing is always therapeutic. You can just let your mind wander
