I had parakeets many years ago. Such pretty birds. But I have a cat now I wouldn't trust .... Had a conure too. Jack. Loved him but he became too loud and possessive of me. Homed him to a guy who had lots of birds. That's what he needed, a flock.

Yes, when Lupin dies, the white one will go to a big flock. The cats respect "my cage" with "my birds" inside. They don't mess with the parakeets.
