Granny's gone and done it again

Taking a short break. Need to do a nebulizer treatment. Humidity is so high it is hard for me to breath just walking outside without any real exertion. Irritation is running on the second half of the first planting of sweet corn. Weather is now calling for almost 2" of rain spread over tomorrow, Friday, and early Saturday. Last time this was forecast we didn't get 40 drops much less 2". Being this is supposed to be thunderstorms I expect tornado watches to be posted sometime tonight. Hope not but that is how it works down here.

It is SOOO hot and muggy here right now. The air sticks to you, gack! Def tornado weather. The whole area is under threat of extreme weather: very high winds, strong tornadoes, and baseball-size hail. But radar shows it going around us, may it please God! Beginning to hear cicadas now too, and I think I saw a chicken with one earlier. If I disappear don't panic, we just may lose power or wi-fi. Be safe, everybody!
