Camping, thats a nice shelf for your hay . Mind telling me why its needed ? Is it to keep it dry ?

Yep. I hose the breezeway down to clean the poop, then the hay gets wet. Rain also blows in sometimes, from the front side. Next I want something prettier than that ugly tub for feed.
