what breed is the cinnamon colored ones with the black "frosting" and small poofs on their heads ?? Very unique looking.

h2oratt, glad your power came back on relatively quick. Such a pain, especially because we can't get water! We are finally cooling off a little. It was only one degree cooler than yesterday. Hope this heatwave breaks soon.

Gray one is a cochin mix. The ones with small black crests are polish mixes. Mom was gold-laced polish, not sure on roo.

One of my EEs started laying at sixteen weeks, she now continuously lays double yolks...

Happy to hear that horny yakky granny is probably knocked up. I still get confused when you talk about the granny with horns, so I still think of her as horny.
