Never heard of a 12 wk pullet laying.  16 wks, yes, but very rare. 

One of my EEs started laying at sixteen weeks, she now continuously lays double yolks...

That's ok, it was a long time ago.

Remember she got droopy, so I gave them corid? Then she was stumbling like she was blind, and I wormed them? And one day I missed her at headcount and she was curled up in the corner of the coop. It was strange, but seemed peaceful at least.
