I was just about to ask you What's new! P-dog is awesome. A house peacock! Does he holler in your ear? We had a big blue boy living loose on our farm when I was a kid. Flew over from a neighbor who raised peas a couple miles up the road. He was beautiful and kept company with the chickens, but boy was he loud! After a couple years, he made his way back home. He wanted a real girlfriend I guess. The chickens wouldn't give him the time of day!

In peafowl we call the feathers on their heads "crown feathers". Is that what you mean?
