I sent lendor lady an email this am asking when we could expect to find out about our preapproval. She responds back oh your file is all ready to go...well duh. I want to know when we will be preapproved, and what our payments will look like for different amounts.

Texted my delinquent realtor to see if we could go looking this weekend since he got his schedule borked and left town last weekend.
