Hello i am trying to answer this question for a friend.

"Will you get pure color chicks if you breed a Black Silkie Cock to a grey silkie hen?"

You probably want post this in the silkie breeding and genetics thread. But i think it depends on the background of the black. Black can hide different genes so unless you know it's genetic history you won't know until you try breeding it. But I'm still learning so try the silkie thread. I'm sure they can tell you more.
