Hard black thing

My ~2 month old chicken has a little hard black thing on her beak, and it’s surrounded by flesh like it’s really… in there. I know scabs are usually raised but this thing is in her, kind of. I’ve tried just sort of rubbing it but it is absolutely not loose, I don’t even know what it is. I am a paranoid chicken mom as always so it’s probably nothing, but here are a couple pictures of both sides of her head.

Looks like a healing peck mark to me. She is in apparent good health.
