Hatching ducklings and went to put on lockdown (day 25) and I noticed one had pipped. He’s been making very little progress and it’s been 36 hours. Is he just not ready yet since he pipped early? He also pipped at the wrong end. And advice??? Two other eggs have internal pip and 2 more haven’t done anything yet. Thank you!!

I’m new to hatching as well! Happy to say today 4 of the five have hatched so far

Update: first egg took 49 hours from pip to hatch! Patience!!! The next 3 went pretty quickly. I have one left that I’m worried about. I had to take the others out because it has been 36 hrs.. I opened and my humidity dropped and it took awhile to get to 70%... he’s still peeping but I haven’t seen any progress. It’s been 24 hrs so far. TBC
