I grew up in NE Portland too. David Douglas High School. I also lived in Multnomah Village for a while. Small world! I'm out near Hood River now, but we're moving back in summer, as I said. Same old school district! And yes, I will have more than the limit. My friend is a cop and she said they never care about that AT ALL.
