(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? I guess I'm new I've only had chickens for a year.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now? I have 6 chickens currently.
(3) What breeds do you have? I have a Delaware, silver laced wyandotte, olive easter egger, 1 silkie bantam hen, 1 silkie bantam rooster and we think a welsummer (the guy didn't tell us the breed).
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? Right now I think breeding our silkies is the most exciting.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies? Growing carnivorous plants are one of my other hobbies.
6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. Well, I'm the only boy of 6 children and the only one who takes care of all our pets. We have 3 dogs, 2 of them being Siberian Huskies and the other a cattle dog.
