Help! Baby Turkey is sick

Hi all, our little guy I thought had wry neck and we have been treat him with vita E drops (about a week) and now I put in rooster booster. Now he’s kind of twisted and is unstable. Am I going to have to cull this guy . I want to get him better if I can.
