HELP!! Do i need to assist this egg? will it make it??

If is next day I would assist, remove membran with tweezers if it bleeds stop , put it back to incubator, try like 1h-2h later, also when removing egg keel gently wetting membrane witch water using clean Q-tip each time to prevent chick from getting shrink wrapped, tho this might what happen and is way chick can’t get out
