HELP! Ducks attack duckling

Yesterday i buy a rouen duckling, i don't know the gender, but the adult ducks,includes the females, attack he/she! What i can do?

Never introduce ducklings to an established adult flock. Given the opportunity, they will kill it. Separate them, and then once the duckling is grown try the introduction once again.

how long should I wait?

I would wait until the duckling is as large as the rest of the flock, then I would introduce my calmest duck into the pen with the young duck and monitor the situation for a couple of days. Then introduce the next duck, etc.
