Help! Hen breathing funny!

So A little bit of backstory here so my hen fell underneath the waterer she was probably perching on it since it is a bowl, and then it tipped over and she got stuck underneath it so now she’s breathing funny she’s been stuck underneath it for about I’m gonna say 24 hours at least and she’s making a weird snoring sound so I’m not sure what that is. video below

She may be in shock and dehydrated. Can you get her drinking fluids, sugar and water or electrolytes? If she is drinking, offer some wet chicken feed, egg, or whatever she will take.
