Help!! Pigeon egg Air cell small, day 13

I found a pigeon egg and incubated it. Today is day 13. I've shared a pic, that is the size of the air cell, what should I do now, I removed water from the incubator and the place where i live has humidity 21%. Please help fast.

There is nothing you can do to "help fast". Making an aircell bigger isn't something that can happen overnight.

I don't know, I don't have a hygrometer, I'm not a professional, I found an egg in my kitchen, the pigeon laid it there and never came back, I made an incubator with cardboard box and 40 watt bulb and a bowl of water, and today is day 13, the chick is moving but air cell is looking small to me. This is the first time I've incubated an egg in my life

Yes, I have that but it does not show temperatures below 90 f

It shouldn't be that low, so that wouldn't affect anything.
