Help please! Just one chicken laying and she has poopy bum?

Hi all any ideas please? I have a Sussex coronation she has just started to lay about two weeks ago, she continually has a poopy bum, which I have cut back the feathers a little bit when it gets a bit yucky looking, I get an egg a day from her. my other five chickens are not laying yet they all have the same diet quality pellets mainly and a bit of scratch mix seed as a treat, none of these five have a poopy bum, they all roam a secure yard a few times a day which has oats that we sowed for them, looks like grass (hopefully this is ok) But they do eat it! When chickens start to lay do they have a sensitive tummy?… can this be it? Looks like a bit of diareah maybe too, I have put electrolytes in their water now too…

I would suggest having a fecal sample read. It could be worms or more likely a bad bacteria.
A good probiotic like Gro2Max should help a lot.
