Yesterday we got a couple new girls from a local that could no longer keep them. Today I noticed one seems to have pretty bad vent gleet. Or at least I think that is what it is, I have never felt with it before. She is pooping fine no blood or concerns and laying fine. What are your recommendations for treatment?

I would soak her bottom in a shallow warm soapy (or Epsom salts) bath to clean her well. Use a little friction with a paper towel or rag to get everything off. Then you could use some Nustock horse cream which contain sulfur, or other antifungal cream, daily. Runny poops can burn skin. If she actually has gleet, that is a fungal infection of the vent. Using some probiotics in her diet and Medistatin or Nystatin given in food might help. It is available in 50 or 100 gram containers online.
