Hen is laying soft eggs, is lethargic, has "laryngitis"

Hi everyone. Sadly, something is wrong with our hen, Della. I'm wondering if someone out there would recognize the symptoms.

Background: Her breed is Delaware, she's a little over a year old, the alpha hen, and crows sometimes.

Here's her symptoms:

1. Laying soft shelled eggs for the past two weeks
2. Not perching with other two hens - we have to put her on perch
3. Mangy looking tail feathers
4. Sleeping more during the day, while other hens are up and busy
5. When she "talks" she sounds like she has laryngitis

She is usually a very gregarious bird. Does anyone know what her problem could be?
