Hen or rooster?

Hi everyone I got two new chickens 3 weeks ago one of them now has some long tail feathers, its just crossed my mind it could be a rooster! Photo is not great as they were just about to go to bed.

My pullet is most definitely a cockerel! I cant believe i didn't realise!! He is lovely and i need to find him a good home. He is also supposedly an australorp splash or something.
