Hen Twisting Her Head Strangely (Possibly Blind)

Hello, All.

I have a hen that has been acting kind of strangely for about a week. She twists her head like she can’t see out of one of her eyes. When something is waved on that side of her face she does not react like she does on her okay side. She still eats and drinks alright, but I’m worried she might be going blind in one eye.

Will she still be alright if she is? Is there anything I can do to make things easier for her?

Seems to be wry neck... I believe it’s caused by a vitamin deficiency.
