hi!
my name is ava!
i’m in cali and have a small backyard flock of 3 adult chickens and 3 chicks. there’s one rooster, and two hens.
i love chickens so much! i had my first flock when i was only 9 years old.
i also have 2 kitties (duchess and duke), 3 fish (fish, chips, and fry), and one hermit crab (shellington).
my favorite things to do are hiking, spending time and caring for animals, watercolor painting, listening to music, spending time with my friends, reading, singing, playing the piano, cooking, baking, horseback riding, and being in nature.
i’ve always loved animals since i was a little girl! once i finish high-school, i’m planning on getting a degree in veterinary science as well as equine science (i love horses!). i’m not entirely sure what college i’d like to go to, but i’ve got my eye on these:
-Royal Veterinary College (London, UK)
-University of California, Davis (Davis, CA)
-Cal Poly Pomona (Cal Poly Pomona, CA)
i’d like to get a minor in cosmetology, dramatic arts, piano, or vocal studies.
i’m so glad to be on here and can’t wait to learn with you guys!!
