Hi guys! Need your help! So I found my chicken this way today, please tell me what this can be and how should I treat the wounds?

It looks like you may have a rooster problem and that is their favorite hen you can just spray it with blu kote or something its not that bad just get rid of some roosters
 
Clean the wound with hydrogen peroxide on a cotton pad, use it to dab the wound to clean it up. It will keep the infection down and apply neosporin on the wound with a cotton swab, apply a layer of it. You might need to reapply neosporin in a few days. It should take about 4 days to heal.

Best to keep her separate till she has healed a bit.... blood seems to attract all chickens and they will pick at it. She might not grow the feathers back straight away... but after a molt she should
