How many duck eggs did you get today?

4 today!

Still been getting one each day since January 24 from my Khaki Cambel. Then yesterday night one of my Rouen hens made a separate nest and she laid her first egg of the year last night so 2 for me today. Glad to see both nests are in their sleeping enclosure as they free range all day in and around the pond. I have 3 separate divided areas in their enclosure for them to sleep where they choose, and each hen made their own nest in separate divided area making it easy to know who is laying what. Just hope it stays that way but I'm sure as more start laying others will lay in those nests complicating who is laying what/when. Don't mind that as long as they all lay in the enclosure but want to incubate some eggs soon and want to get eggs from certain hens.

My young ones (7 hens)are going through a third of a cup a day of oyster shell. The older flock(7) are eating about 1/8th cup a day. I just don’t remember ducks eating that much shell before.
