3 today! All our older ones are laying, and the younger girls appear to be molting so hopefully that is a sign they will also start in the next couple weeks also.

11 yesterday and I have a broody today. I don't know if I want to move her in with the other flock and let her start over or just break her of it. If she is moved, I can set up a divider in the coop and her and the little ones with have their own pen area separate from the other two flocks.

Your ahead of me, none of my ducks are laying yet, and my Muscovy going on 11 and 12 may not lay this year but who knows. They surprised me last year when they laid.
