3!!!! I finally got a nice egg again from all three of my Welsh Harlequin girls, after struggling with broodiness, soft shells, and egg eating for the past six weeks! I'm so relieved, happy and proud of them!!!

W/H are the prettiest ducks. I think the first W/H Saxony that @Magnolia Ducks gave us is the prettiest duck we have and that includes the Cayugas . BTW , we have two full time broodies and three part time. One of the Cayugas has been stealing straw out of the coop and built a nest next to a tree trunk.

Piper is one of the part time broodies . I marked some eggs for Hershey and Willow just to let them try. They have both been broody for a long time now.
