I got 4 from 8. Although 4 of my hens aren't laying yet. Soon I hope their wattles and combs are getting really red.

We've been averaging 9 to 12 from 14 hens that are laying age. 3 are quite young and really aren't consistant yet. All the others are faithful and rarely miss a day.
