Hey, I've been giving the kids outside alternating days with plain yogurt and cooked oatmeal with protein powder in it (complements of Jack Lalane-I didn't like the stuff, but it seems to be all natural with soy and whey) in the morning. I am pleased to see feathers growing back and less of the plucking. Should they get protein every day, every other day, two times a week?
