Do they produce any chicks with black or with splash?

If they are breeding true, producing only the correct Coronation color, then they probably do have the genes you want: no blue but pure for lavender.

They have both Lavender and Blue genes. Yes they giving like %10 splash %10 light
alsı they giving Lavender like colour and Blue like colours(which means some pure Lavender and Lavender but with heterozygot Blue gene)
i want to access %100 coronation by cleaning Blue gene (Bl) from blood

If you cannot sort them out by looking, you could try test mating.

You could use typical Light Sussex for test mating, or any other chicken that has black (not blue, not carrying lavender.) If you hatch any chicks that show blue, you know the bird you are testing must have the blue gene. If you hatch 8-10 chicks that do not show blue, you can be pretty sure the one you are testing does not have blue.

Test mating each bird in the flock is a nuisance, but is the surest way I know to get rid of the blue gene.

If you use a Light Sussex in your test mating, you can keep any chicks that do not show black (not blue), and use them in your breeding program too. They will carry the lavender gene, and can produce some chicks that show lavender, but because they show black rather than blue you know they do not have the blue gene.

A chicken with black cannot carry blue.
No copies of the blue gene = black (homozygous not-blue)
1 copy of the blue gene = blue (heterozygous blue)
2 copies of the blue gene = splash (homozygous blue)

So yes, you should be able to use those chickens to produce some pure Coronation Sussed with no blue gene.

A black bird cannot carry blue and not show it. Blue is a co-dominant gene. If a bird has one copy it will be blue, if it has two, it will be splash.

A bird can however be black and carry lavender and not show it, because lavender is recessive, and it takes two genes for it to be expressed.

@NatJ i need help, it looks like bloodline messed up
We got 1 splash or broken? Sussex from 4+1 Light sussexs of Crossed coronations.
How this is possible ????
or will this chicks turn to Lavender Coronation ? 40 day old
