Hpw long have you operated a rcom 20 incubator without it needing repair

I am wondering how long everyone's rcom 20 lasts in working order. Mine was less than a year before the temperature went inconsistent.

Was about to incubate some eggs and turned it in seemed fine, the next day my display lights have been blinking and I can't seem to figure out how to get back to normal
I unplugged and et it sit last night. Turned it on this morning and still blinking
Any ideas?
