I would like to know what the humidity should be for the quail eggs. Need from the time the eggs are set to lock down and what the humidity should be during lock down

In my experience, for coturnix eggs, you want about 30% humidity during incubation, bumping up to 55-60% at lockdown.

Button quail eggs prefer around 50% humidity during incubation and up to about 70% at lockdown.

I'm not sure about other species of quail.

I agree with @Nabiki , on Coturnix and Button quail.
Bobwhites, Blues, Gambles, Mountain, Valley quail need 43 to 45% Rh during incubation, 50 to 60% at lockdown. Going above 60%Rh during lockdown or the 'hatching phase' of incubation will result in curled toes, or even (DIS), died in shell, due to the chick becomes 'stuck', it can not turn during the zipping stage and tires itself out to the point of exhaustion and dies.
