I am looking for cheap Gambel/California Quail eggs

I'm willing to pay 1.50 each for nice fertile hatching Gambel or California eggs.
If you have any other cheap quail eggs from other breeds that you recommend let me know.

Some states require a permit for certain quail. Do you need one?

I live in northern ca and I looked on the web and it said I probably do not need any unless I plan on large time breeding or selling

Ok I got it I will maybe be buying a permit if I get California Valley since they are native.

What you will need is a domesticated game breeders license.

Also, eggs from valleys or gambels will usually be available during the spring (e.g. ~March-June). You can check ebay during that time if you haven't already set up a deal with a breeder(s).
