I don't know if fertile eggs have gone bad. HELP!

I agree. I would wait for a couple days & check the eggs again, when my duck was nesting she was sitting on 6 eggs, I checked on them twice a week & 1 egg was bad & if this happens you will definitely know because as soon as I walked into the pen the smell from the bad egg about knocked me over!!!! It was horrible!!! Also, when I candled the eggs 1 egg looked like it was a quitter but I left it in the nest for a few days & candled it again & to my surprise it was developing!!! So, I would just be patient & check on them in a couple more days, Good luck!!!
