We have a lot of the same chicks!

My speckled sussex also had pasty butt for a couple of days, but I cleaned it a couple of times a day and she is great now. Really friendly. I guess it was all of that up close and personal attention.

A couple of my Speckled Sussex started to paste up too but the rest did not. Strange. Are certain breeds more prone than others?
