Almost our dinner tonight. I made French Toast.

It`s a pancakes - goat milk, some kefir (fermented milk) (to be honest, I just poured the rest of the dairy products into the pan), flour, sugar, a pinch of soda and vinegar on it, one egg, mix all this, and fry ))
I ate them with honey. Usually they are eaten with honey, jam, although sometimes they put something else in them, wrap boiled meat, scrolled through a meat grinder, sometimes red or black caviar, sometimes sweet condensed milk.
Such pancakes are one of the most common dishes of Russian cuisine.
