Today, after resting (I'm a bit tired because I made new beds for the goats in the barn to sleep in, I had to saw and carry a lot of lumber), I'll work on apple compote.

Happy goats keep the peace. I've two crab apple trees but they won't bear for another 2 years and then spiced apples here.
