Incubating & Hatching Eggs

I recently bought a Little Giant still air but then added the fan. My problem is it continues to heat all the time, the light is off but it heats hot, the thermometer reads 110-120 degrees. Is there something wrong with it?
Any help would be appreciated.

I've always had problems with Little Giant and I finally got rid of the thing last year and have several brinseas now. They've always spiked temps and you got to watch them more closely. I'd suggest fiddling with it long before you place any eggs. You have to move the dial ever so slightly or the temps with drop or jump several degrees easily. With that being said, you should be able to get your desired temp of 99.5. Won't the temp go down at all? Maybe there is something wrong with it. Little Giants work, they just need a lot more patience and close monitoring.
