If coffee itself was good, it would be good with maple syrup, I'm sure! Maple syrup is good on lots of things: eggs, strawberries, fingers .... (I did not mean that, for all of you who were thinking it.)

 You should have tried those coffee brownies I made once. It said the coffee flavor wasn't strong; it just complimented the chocolate. Unfortunately, I mistook tsp. or tbsp.. can't remember which, for cups!   That's how you eat coffee!
