Good morning everyone. I am about to dip my new pullets. It sounds crazy, but the breeder said to dip them in a permethrin bath after shipping.
@casportpony What temperature of water would you suggest?

I wouldn't dip them, 'cause getting them wet might be to stressful. Why not just spray them?

I like his coloring. How regular of a layer are they?

Fairly good. Seems right now every other day plus a few it is getting colder here now so I'll see if that continues. They are smaller eggs though. Average 55 grams

What's a hard shut down?

It usually involves a hammer. JK.
I have to completely shut down the iPad and let it reset itself when it's not working properly. Involves the home button and the shut off button at same time.

They are in the house. I brought them in since they were stressed since it went down to fifty with rain.
