Integrating 4 week old bantam chicks

I have 6 4-week old bantam chicks that moved out to the run with my 4 standard sized hens today. My hens live inside a large covered run while the chicks are in a smaller run/cage that I placed inside the larger run. The chicks are protected from the hens and they can all see each other. How long should I keep the chicks inside the smaller cage? When can I integrate them together safely?

I would do see but no touch for 1-2 weeks, length depending on how the hens react to them. Ideally I want the hens to lose most of their interest in the chicks before I start letting them out for supervised interaction.
