introducing chicks to broody batch

First sorry for any typos... typing from a phone. I was wondering if I could introduce 1 or 2 chicks to 5 chicks already with a broody? I ask this because of she is already raising can't I just add 1???

Unless they are all a day or two old, she will probably reject the new ones. You can try, though; chicheks are individuals.
