introducing new chickens?

I am looking at getting a few more girls but I have never had to introduce anybody new, I want to get maybe two or three more so not many right now I have 7 they are all oh I would say around 11 months (3 girls and 1 roo). Basically all I need to know is how old should they be, how exactly I need to do this, etc. also any luck you've had with it and the ways you seem to think best.

I don't really know what age I want to get them at probably as chicks still from the feed store.
